Sales
The Sales Department at Webb-Stiles includes both outside and inside sales professionals working together to support our customers. Outside sales leads project discovery, site visits, and solution development tailored to each application. Inside sales supports quoting, follow-ups, and ongoing communication—ensuring quick response times and continuity throughout the customer journey. Estimating
Our Estimating Department plays a critical role in bridging customer needs with practical solutions. Working closely with Sales and Engineering, they evaluate project requirements, materials, and labor to develop accurate, timely quotes. With deep knowledge of both standard components and custom builds, the estimating team ensures each proposal reflects realistic timelines, costs, and configurations—laying the groundwork for a successful project from the start.
Engineering
Our engineering departments in both Ohio and Alabama specialize in in-house conveyor system design. With expertise in mechanical, electrical, and structural disciplines, they use advanced CAD tools to develop solutions tailored to each application. The team also designs control systems for smooth start-up and operation, providing centralized decision-making and system-specific precision across every project.
Manufacturing & Fabrication
Our two plant locations handle all fabrication in-house, using proven methods and specialized machinery to build rugged, reliable systems. From structural welding to forming and punching components, our skilled craftsmen follow strict quality control processes to ensure consistent results. We maintain large inventories of structural steel, conveyor parts, and components to reduce lead times and improve delivery schedules.
Controls & Automation
Our in-house Controls & Automation team brings together electrical engineers and experienced shop technicians to design and build the control systems behind every custom conveyor solution. From PLC programming and HMI integration to panel assembly and field wiring, we manage both design and execution under one roof. This tight collaboration between engineering and electrical fabrication ensures seamless start-up, system reliability, and the flexibility to meet unique automation needs across industries.
Installation & Start-Up
Installation teams oversee mechanical setup and commissioning, ensuring systems are installed correctly and efficiently. With many components pre-assembled and tested in-house, we reduce labor costs and startup time on-site. Our engineers also supervise complex system installations, including those with electronic controls, to ensure reliable performance in the field.
Parts & Service
Our Parts & Service Department ensures that your equipment stays up and running long after installation. Our inside sales team assists with quoting replacement parts, processing orders, and troubleshooting support. We maintain an extensive inventory of commonly used components—including conveyor chain, bearings, turns, and trolley parts—for fast fulfillment. Our field service team provides on-site repairs and technical support, helping customers minimize downtime and maximize equipment life.
Accounting
Accounting manages all financial operations, including customer invoicing, vendor payments, and internal tracking. Their work supports project timelines, contract accuracy, and efficient coordination across departments.
